    This location is great as they have the kiosk, where you can pay your bill right at the machine, don't have to wait in line to see someone. And you receive a text message within minutes stating that the money was received.

    Went into upgrade my phone and the phone bill they said I would receive was like 200 more and so I went back in and the lady was rude, didn't help me to find a cheaper phone just told me "I should have seen it coming" and proceeded to ignore me and talk to another employee the rest of the time. I would have probably stayed with att and maybe gotten a cheaper phone but being ignored the whole time and not offered anything I figured I would just go to Verizon at least they have good customer service. The lady wrote down my number for me to disconnect my phone on paper and let me know I wasnCustomer service at att store in sault ste marie Michigan is poor. I went in to the store had my phone completely paid off and saw a phone i wanted to upgrade to. First time upgrading they didn't tell me if I upgraded that I couldn't get my old phone back if I changed my mind. They said if i upgraded my bill would only be 170 a month and the first bill would only have 25 dollar fee on it. So I was shocked to see my bill was 300 so i went back in and said I would like to take the expensive phone back and get my old paid off phone back well come to find out I couldn't get it back and the lady helping me said "I should have seen it coming" then proceeded to ignore me the entire time talking to another employee. I had never upgraded before so I didn't see it coming, no money to pay for the new phone and not told I would loose my paid off phone in the deal I had no phones and just a number. So I had no other choice but to cancel the number. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated.
