  Used their currency exchange service before entering Canada from us. At the time the going rate was $1.00us for $1.31can. They only gave me 10% rate and even less when I returned to the states 2 hours later. I understand they are in business to make profits but this was a ripoff. I believe they commonly do this when they know local banks are closed and customers have no other alternatives. Nice to see an effort to retain customers for future profits but they won't see a nickel of mine.
